Activa starts with what you already have: your ERP's open-orders report and your supplier list. The rest is configuration, not development. That is why go-live is measured in weeks and the first cycle with your suppliers runs within the first month.
Statuses, deadlines, calendar, cadences, texts, senders and activation rules are parameters of your client. Changing a rule does not open a project.
Your ERP's reader is written once and serves any client with that ERP. If yours already exists, it gets configured; if not, it is built on the same mold.
Activa configures and runs the follow-up cycle. Ramón takes part directly in the diagnosis, the implementation and the running of the service; your team sets priorities, approves and decides.
In Excel or CSV, with the columns it already has: company, order number, line, supplier, description, open quantity, promised date, buyer and ship-to.
Even if incomplete or out of date. Activa completes it with what suppliers reply in the first cycles.
So each one receives what is theirs.
Stated in a meeting: what gets activated, with what horizon, what is excluded, which statuses and deadlines your buyers use, how often you want the cycle.
A mailbox on your domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, and written authorization to write in your company's name. WhatsApp is optional and requires a business number.
We set up your own installation, load the configuration and read your first extract. By the end of the week you see your open orders in Activa, with the lines the rules would activate.
Activa runs the full cycle in pilot mode: nothing reaches a real supplier. We compare what Activa would activate and what it would say about each line against what your team does today, and adjust rules, texts and contacts on real data.
We switch off the pilot with your explicit decision. The first emails and WhatsApp messages go out to your suppliers, the replies enter the review queue and your team receives the first cycle report.
Cycles continue on the cadence you defined. The ranking starts to make sense with the first closed cycles. Additional capabilities are switched on per key whenever you want: stock alerts, upload to your procurement portal, a living master. See Other solutions.
While pilot mode is on, Activa runs with your real data but can only write to the addresses you authorized: your own. Everything else is seen, measured and compared, but does not go out. The pilot is switched off by a decision of yours, on record, never because a date went by.
Every client has their own installation: database, domain, daily encrypted backups with a weekly restore test and a copy off the server. The same product, with no data shared between clients.
If the answer is "five minutes", you are weeks away from your first cycle. In 20 minutes we confirm it together.
